LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A summary judge of the district court of Luxembourg yesterday withdrew an order against Ardagh Holdings S.A. that, prior to its withdrawal, had prohibited it from proceeding with the sale of all or part of its interests in Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. The order followed a unilateral (ex parte) application brought by certain minority holders of the senior secured toggle notes due 2027 issued by ARD Finance S.A., a parent company of Ardagh Group S.A. prior to its recapitalisation transaction completed in November 2025.
Following the withdrawal, Ardagh Holdings S.A. can now re-engage with its advisers to prepare for a potential sale of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A., as outlined in its press release dated August 13, 2026.
