Ardagh Glass Packaging–North America (AGP–North America), a business unit of Ardagh Group, has expanded its range of American-made glass food containers with the introduction of two newly designed 8oz ring neck bottles.
Designed for applications such as dressings, sauces, and marinades, the new flint (clear) glass bottles are available with either a lug or continuous thread (CT) finish. Manufactured in the United States, the bottles are available for direct purchase from AGP–North America.
The bottles are made from 100% recyclable glass, which can be endlessly recycled without any loss of purity or quality, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable packaging solutions.
Consumer preference for glass packaging continues to grow. According to a 2024 study by EcoFocus Worldwide, 91% of U.S. grocery shoppers believe glass packaging is least likely to alter the taste of food, while 61% wish more food and beverage products were offered in glass containers.
“Ardagh Glass Packaging is pleased to introduce these new 8oz ring neck bottles, which deliver the clarity, durability, and shelf appeal that brands expect,” said Rashmi Markan, Chief Commercial Officer for AGP–North America. “These versatile bottles offer a premium look in a packaging material that consumers trust and prefer.”
With more than 125 years of experience, Ardagh continues to manufacture high-quality, endlessly recyclable glass packaging in the U.S., offering a wide range of bottles in various colours, sizes, styles, and finishes.
