Sherpack an extensive European project for flexible packaging

The European project Sherpack Innovative structured polysaccharides-based materials for recyclable and biodegradable flexible packaging has started in June 2017. This project aims at developping an innovative ceelulosic material for dry foodstuff flexible packaging. For this purpose, 3 major innovations will be combined to produce two demonstrators that will take into account the economical, technical, and environmental constraints of the market.
