new bakeable tray design

robert cullen, has patented a moulded paper tray which caters to the growing cupcakes, muffins and other baked goods market.the corrugated box manufacturer  said the new tray can be used not only for baking but for the storage, transport and display of food, making it appealing to large commercial bakeries as well as small, independent outlets.the tray has wells to hold muffins or cupcakes during baking, and is made of a dried, moulded paper pulp.the pulp can be made from recycleable waste paper and is compostable, making the tray suitable for single use.
