Cost effective pack for engine

For engine packaging returnable racks are mainly used for the transport of engines and 1 WAY steel cases are also applied as a substitute in case of shortage caused by fluctuation of production. Therefore, a general-purpose returnable racks with cardboard packaging to replace the 1WAY steel cases have been developed to reduce the lead time and costs of material supply, and to suppress the excess inventory of exclusive returnable racks.

This pack won Japan Packaging award by Improvement of engine assembly packaging specification.This pack for engine is developed by SUZUKI MOTOR CORPORATION in collaboration with Oji container Co., Ltd.
