About me

I am the founder and CEO of Sanex Packaging Connections, a company specializing in technical packaging solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. With over 19 years of experience in this field, I am a certified CPP Lifetime by the Institute of Packaging Professionals and hold a Master of Science in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

My expertise lies in coordinating and implementing projects on outsourcing, new product launches, and cost optimization, working with diverse and global clients such as Schreiner MediPharm, PepsiCo, and Unilever. I have also authored multiple e-books and reports on packaging innovations and trends and am a Parenteral Drug Association member. My mission is to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to patients, while also promoting environment-friendly and sustainable packaging practices. In addition, I practice and teach Ananda Yoga, which helps me to enhance my awareness and balance my personal and professional life.

Effective experience in developing packaging solutions as a Research Scientist at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, New Delhi (Now part of Sun Pharma), India and then as a packaging development manager at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Bangalore. At Unilever managed the packaging innovations for the food products. Later moved to earn MS in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), NY, USA and also taught testing methods to undergrad students. Later moved back to India in Technical services for Melinex Polyester Film at ICI India and then as GM India for Rexam Medical Packaging operations. After this moved as the regional director of PepsiCo for the packaging development at Asia region and Business Head at REXAM Pharma Packaging India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.
