Novvia Group expands beauty packaging portfolio with APC Packaging acquisition, strengthening skincare and cosmetics market presence following recent strategic purchases.
Novvia Group, a global rigid container and life sciences packaging distributor backed by Kelso & Company, has acquired APC Packaging, a Fort Lauderdale-based supplier specializing in sustainable luxury beauty packaging solutions. The transaction, whose financial terms were not disclosed, strengthens Novvia's foothold in the premium beauty and personal care segment.
Founded in 2006, APC Packaging has built a reputation serving customers in the premium skincare and cosmetics markets with plastic and glass containers, closures, and related packaging components. The company's focus on sustainable, innovative packaging solutions has positioned it as a trusted partner for startups, indie beauty brands, and global beauty leaders alike.
Strategic expansion in beauty packaging
This acquisition represents Novvia's third strategic move into consumer packaging, following its recent purchases of Saxco International and Garrett Hewitt International in May 2025. The combined acquisitions signal Novvia's commitment to building a comprehensive beauty packaging platform.
