Beatson Clark has worked to improve the packaging, carefully developing the new 420ml bottle to hold exactly seven 60ml servings. T
This provides consumers with a one-week supply of UNROOTED’s functional shots.
The new flint bottle complements the brand’s 60ml single-shot container which Beatson Clark began to produce earlier this year.
Olivia Sinclair, head of marketing, UNROOTED, said: “Baobab trees live for thousands of years, thriving and giving back to the planet. We think packaging should do the same,”
“That’s why all our shots come in glass bottles, not plastic. But there’s more to it: whether you keep your shots in the fridge or in the cupboard, they stay fresh with no preservatives needed. Glass is infinitely recyclable and can be reused forever without losing quality – unlike plastic, which breaks down with every cycle.
“Glass packaging is better for you, and better for the world!”
Charlotte Pike, marketing manager, Beatson Clark, added: “UNROOTED functional drinks are a great product, and our sustainable glass packaging complements the brand’s ethos perfectly. Not many people realise that glass is the only mainstream packaging material that doesn’t require a protective layer inside, as it is completely inert.”
