Neutrogena Refreshes Skin360 With Advanced AI-Powered Skin Analysis

Neutrogena has unveiled a major upgrade to its Skin360 platform through a collaboration with AI skincare technology company Haut.AI, introducing enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities designed to deliver more personalized skincare recommendations.

The refreshed Skin360 experience analyzes eight key skin indicators—including hydration, smoothness, radiance, firmness, dark spots, wrinkles, tone evenness, and clarity—using a single facial selfie combined with a short user questionnaire. The platform then generates an Overall Skin360 Score along with customized morning and evening skincare routines tailored to individual skin needs.

Among the key enhancements are a more accurate AI analysis engine, an improved results interface that highlights recommended ingredients and priority products, and Haut.AI's Live Image Quality Assurance (LIQA™) technology, which helps users capture higher-quality selfies for more reliable skin assessments. The updated platform also enables users to receive recommendations across multiple skin concerns without repeating the assessment.

According to Haut.AI, the upgraded analysis engine is powered by proprietary algorithms trained on millions of diverse skin images, improving accuracy and inclusivity across different skin tones, ages, and skin conditions. The collaboration reflects a growing trend toward AI-driven personalization in the beauty industry, enabling brands to provide science-backed skincare guidance while enhancing the digital consumer experience.

The enhanced Neutrogena Skin360 platform is now available in the United States and Canada through Neutrogena's official websites and select retail partners.
