Curwoods integrascore opening technology, combined with a new proprietary extrusion pet film technology, has facilitated the introduction of the slider zipper on formable packaging made on hffs equipment. Integrascore is a precise scoring technology that provides directional tear in the package. It allows for a consistent, convenient, and easy open package.

Additionally, the score feature provides a new level of tamper evidence by creating a hermetically sealed "hood" around the slider zipper. The consumer can easily access the package by removing the "hood" and fully exposing the slider zipper without the need for a scissors or other sharp utensil.
