Hybrid Software has announced significant enhancements to its Packz, CloudFlow, and iC3D product lines, which will be unveiled at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. The updates focus on accelerating pre-press workflows, automating complex label tasks, and improving design-to-print accuracy for label and packaging production.
Key highlights include:
- Packz Max: Now integrates Harlequin RIP for precise flexo screening, 1-bit TIFF output, and superior flexo and offset print quality.
- Packzimizer: An automated ganging and lane planning tool for digital label printing, reducing waste and optimizing press efficiency. It functions as a fully automated module within the CloudFlow workflow suite.
- Multi-layer Label Automation: Supports adhesive-free zones, CLP/CHS compliance, and 3D visualization, powered by Packz and CloudFlow.
- CloudFlow Colorspace: Winner of the 2025 EDP and Pinnacle Awards, ensuring consistent and precise color reproduction across various substrates and printing technologies.
- iC3D 11: Introduces advanced embellishment features with spot color detection and early-stage visual previews for foil, embossing, and varnish.
The Global Graphics Software division will present the next-generation SmartDFE, an AI-driven digital front end recently honored with the King’s Award for Enterprise.
Hybrid’s sister companies will also exhibit:
- Meteor Inkjet: Showcasing the PCC3-E print controller for high-speed, 1,200 DPI printhead applications.
- Xitron: Demonstrating Navigator and K2 workflows, delivering flexible, high-performance output powered by the Harlequin RIP core.
