The owner of a Norwich-based gin business has launched a new range of ready-made cocktails - in a bag - in partnership with another popular drinks company.
Russell Evans, who founded Bullards, said work on the venture with Edmunds, a cocktail business which began in Suffolk, started earlier this year.
The collaboration, called the Bullards x Edmunds 1837 Cocktail Club, combines Bullards' spirits with Edmunds Cocktails' mixers to create three cocktails which can be enjoyed at home.
Packaged in recyclable pouches, each product contains seven 100ml servings and has been described as an easy-to-use, shareable alternative to making cocktails from scratch.
The range includes a Strawberry Clover Club made with Bullards strawberry and black pepper gin, Nelson's Bloody Storm featuring Nelson's blood orange spiced rum, and a Coastal Negroni made with Bullards coastal gin.
Mr Evans said: "We are thrilled to be collaborating with Edmunds Cocktails.
"Sustainability is a very important aspect of our brand ethos, as it is for Edmunds, so to launch three fabulous cocktails in recyclable pouches is a huge achievement and continues our quest to reduce our impact on the environment."
Mr Evans said the products were also designed with gifting in mind, with the packaging small enough to fit through a letterbox.
"It makes a fantastic Christmas present," he said. "And it's easier to wrap than a bottle."
He added the partnership between Bullards and Edmunds brought together two brands with similar values around quality, sustainability and local sourcing.
"It's important for us to team up with leading brands that also have strong roots in the local area," he said.
"Edmunds Cocktails prides itself on the same values that Bullards has built itself on, sourcing sustainable options and using the highest-quality local ingredients, the best that Norfolk offers, where possible."
The products are also available at Jarrolds, among other retailers, and at the Tipsy Anchor on Bedford Street in Norwich.
