Since 2022, Greiner Packaging has been manufacturing these vials, and with the launch of a fully automated production line in January 2025, both companies have achieved substantial improvements in product quality and production capacity.
The new production line, tailored specifically to Orthomol's requirements, is a technological marvel. Equipped with 18 high-precision cameras and an innovative laminar flow system, it ensures that each vial meets stringent quality standards, inspecting for geometry, color, and potential inclusions in real-time. The laminar flow system maintains a dust-free environment, upholding the highest hygiene standards essential for pharmaceutical products.
