CornNext-17 A Revolutionary Sustainable Biobased Material

Corn Next has invented and patented a revolutionary material called CornNext-17. Made from a simple combination of corn starch, water, and enzymes—all 100% natural ingredients—this groundbreaking material can degrade directly in any natural environment without requiring a recycling process for as little as 30 days.

VARIANT A CornNext-17

Variant A is suitable for products produced by extrusion molding and can produce various models of straws, rods, thin sheets and similar products by adjusting process parameters and molds.

Easier To Produce:
The raw material has been upgraded from powder to granular form which offers processing convenience. The high utilization rate can seamlessly achieve dust-free production.

Naturally Degradable:
Processed products naturally degrade and do not produce harmful and toxic components that cause environmental pollution.

Upgraded Durability:
Product variations have been upgraded with water and temperature resistance and can be soaked at 25 ℃ or 77 °F beyond 2 hours.

VARIANT B CornNext-17

Variant B is suitable for products produced by injection molding and can produce a variety of spoons, knives, forks, plates, brands, trays and similar products by adjusting process parameters and molds.

Easier To Produce:
The raw material has been upgraded from powder to granular form which offers processing convenience. The high utilization rate can seamlessly achieve dust-free production.

Upgraded Durability:
Product variations have upgraded toughness and fracture resistance, enhancing their strength.

Naturally Degradable:
Processed products naturally degrade and do not produce harmful and toxic components that cause environmental pollution.
