Neopac today announced the appointment of Ann Peirce as Head of Sales Americas and Managing Director Wilson, effective September 1, 2026. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, she brings a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement.
Effective September 1, 2026, Ann Peirce will join the Neopac Group as Head of Sales Americas and Managing Director of its Wilson, North Carolina facility. In this dual role, she will lead Neopac's U.S.-based sales team and assume overall responsibility for the Wilson site.
Ann brings more than two decades of leadership and commercial expertise in the pharmaceutical primary packaging industry. Most recently, she served as National Sales Director at Gerresheimer, where she led a national sales organization and collaborated closely with international manufacturing and commercial teams.
Throughout her career, Ann has built strong customer relationships, expanded strategic accounts, and supported the development of innovative pharmaceutical packaging solutions. She brings deep industry knowledge, a strong customer focus, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
