Mondi features customer solutions for the home & personal care industry at interpack 2017

Vienna, 4 May 2017 – Mondi, the international packaging and paper Group, will feature its solutions for customers in the home & personal care sector at the upcoming interpack fair in Düsseldorf. Home & personal care is one of three sectors in focus at the Mondi booth, where visitors can experience special product discovery areas including a staged home bathroom.

• The SpoutBag, a flexible packaging solution with a reclosable spout for liquid applications, e.g. for liquid laundry detergent.
• Advantage MG White Flex RB, a soft calendered white machine glazed paper with excellent formation and low porosity. Advantage MG White Flex RB was developed for siliconizing and is used as a release base paper – for example, for women’s hygiene products, baby diapers and envelopes.
• Mondi’s eco bag series offers sustainable solutions for the home & personal care sector. The compostable bio-waste bags are made of paper in combination with a biodegradable coating which offers an integrated moisture and aroma/odour barrier as well as UVstability.
• Barriers produced by Mondi Extrusion Coatings can also be found in depilatories for cold wax hair removal strips, where they offer one-side coated non-woven solutions.
• The YBBS® premium board range is uncoated 100% virgin fibre board covering a variety of home and personal care applications such as top quality folding boxes.
