Food-to-go is an ever growing trend, and during the winter consumers are demanding hot, wholesome dishes which will satisfy their convenience craving lifestyle. To meet this demand we have extended our Savori™ food packaging range so food service operators can enhance their hot dish offering. Specifically designed to encapsulate warm food items and keep them well insulated, the Savori™ range incorporates pillow packs for sausage rolls, wraps and hot panini, a clamshell pack for pies and hot pots for soups and food-to-go meals. In addition we have also launched two different sized trays specifically for food items such as warm Mexican rice and Asian inspired dishes. Fully recyclable, the new Savori™ hot pots and trays enable food service operators to fill them with dishes which are often difficult to contain, such as quinoa and noodle dishes. Featuring a natural, clean appearance the Savori™ range is suitable for hot cabinets up to 85oC (2 hours maximum) and can be customised to suit a company’s unique brand identity.
