This simple cardboard pendant lamp opens to reveal a subtle elegance that one would not regularly expect from a paperbased product.

 If you were to order one of these hanging lights, you would receive a hexagonal prism in the mail, most likely postmarked with your name, address and a row of stamps. Picture now, removing the decorative corrugated card cap to reveal a beautiful flowerlike lighting fixture with six petals&mdashthe plamp acts as both an illuminator and its own packaging.
