The Jet iQ system, introduced in September 2024, is part of a comprehensive range of finishing solutions designed for label and packaging applications. Developed through a collaboration between Jet Technologies, Polly Automatic, and Xaar, the platform combines advanced engineering with integrated digital capabilities to streamline production and enhance output quality.
The Jet iQ portfolio spans a wide range of finishing processes, including slitting, rewinding, inspection, shrink sleeve processing, and digital embellishment. A key highlight is the optional integration of Xaar’s Vesatex Print Bar, which enables value-added effects such as high-build varnish, digital foil, and combined gloss and textured finishes—all achievable in a single pass.
According to Jet Technologies, the system addresses a clear gap in the Australian and New Zealand markets for a well-supported, high-performance finishing solution. Alongside the technology, the company emphasizes strong customer support to help converters fully leverage the system’s capabilities.
