"We are bringing SoniXs to the entry-level segment," announces Christian Zwieb, Sales Engineering Manager at Mosca. As its name suggests, the SoniXs XT is equipped with the high-performance unit that is also used in Mosca 's fully automatic machines. This system can process both PP and PET with maximum availability. Despite the high-quality technological features, the machine remains attractively priced.
Extended options and flexibility
The new SoniXs XT offers a range of extended options. These include table surfaces with integrated rollers or balls, increased belt width variance with the option of 5, 8, 9 or 12 mm Strap PP and a frame size adjustment to 800 x 800 mm. "We have significantly expanded the portfolio. Because demand is increasing," says Zwieb. These extensions increase flexibility and enable the machine to be delivered in line with customer requirements.
Proven operation and reliability
"Operation remains as simple and intuitive as ever," emphasizes Zwieb. Proven functions such as strapping release via light switch, automatic strap tension adjustment and the foot switch on both sides have been adopted from the SoniXs MP-6. "The SoniXs XT therefore not only offers a modern strapping unit, but also a modular inner frame system for easy servicing, Mosca MSCB-1 control system, extended options for table surfaces and strap widths as well as our proven operation and reliability," summarizes Zwieb.
