The material is then heated to remove moisture, forming a thin, rigid, and highly precise structure. This process enables the creation of complex shapes such as ribs, flanges, and embossed designs—features typically associated with plastic packaging.
One of the key advantages of Pulp-Injection is its ability to deliver plastic-like performance with a significantly lower environmental footprint. The material contains over 90% bio-based content and is classified under the PAP 21 recycling stream, making it fully compatible with existing paper recycling systems.
