‘How disrespectful’: Walmart shopper notices something strange about Proper Good’s soup packaging

24 Nov 2024
PC Correspondent

User @donuthole66 recorded his video from one of Walmart’s grocery store aisles, seemingly struck by the soup’s packaging. “What kind of AI [expletive] is this?” he asked.

“You tell me this is not made from AI,” @donuthole66 said as he showed viewers packages of Proper Good soup. “Probably produced by AI, too.”

The content creator then zeroed in on the package of the brand’s cheeseburger soup, which featured a picture of a burger on its cover. @donuthole66 appeared to take issue with the image on the label, noting that the food looked artificial.

Arla Achieves A Milk Category First For Their Plastic Packaging

20 Nov 2024
PC Correspondent

Arla’s new bottles are doing more than being your morning coffee’s best friend—they’re holding a promise to the planet.

Bottles With a Past

Arla has switched its Cravendale and B.O.B. 1-litre bottles, produced at the Stourton site, to post-consumer recycled PET (rPET). This means your milk bottle may have had a former life as a water bottle or other drink container. This bold move eliminates nearly 900 tonnes of virgin fossil plastics from production—a true heavyweight win for the environment.

In addition to Laîta’s strong commitment to responsible solutions, regulations such as the AGEC in France, banning single-use plastics to promote a circular economy, and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation in the EU, are pushing brand owners to switch to recyclable mono-materials. Regularly conducted marketing studies done by Laîta also confirms that reducing the use of single-use plastic packaging is increasingly important for customers.
