Ph. D. in Food Science and Technology. Have been associated with Food Packaging for over 35 years.

Your key activities at work? What is the most rewarding part of your work?

I offer business consultancy in Food Processing and solving Technical Problems concerning processes and packaging through complex distribution channels is most rewarding.

The most prestigious awards you have received. And the awards which meant the most to you.

Recognition from the clients with long term sustainable relationship is our biggest reward.

Basically, recognition from the clients because we work as partners in clients’ business.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Some of the Export consignment rejections caused concerns and challenges.

What is one thing about the industry that you would change?

Greater awareness and appreciation of packaging complexities amongst top management.

Exploding with greater awareness amongst SMEs.

Indian market for Food Products is exploding. Cost effective, attractive, innovative and convenient Packaging will throw unprecedented challenges in the next 10 years where the world Packaging Community will have a major synergistic role to play.
