Live Demonstration: RMSC Machine for Pre-Made
A key highlight at the Mespack booth will be the live demonstration of the RM260SC rotary machine, running under real production conditions. Designed as a flexible and efficient platform for pre-made pouches, the RMSC allows manufacturers to meet a wide variety of packaging requirements across multiple industries.
The machine offers outstanding versatility, handling liquids, solids, granules and powders with multiple filling options, including auger systems, multihead weighers and cup fillers. With an output of up to 60 pouches per minute and a maximum volume of 3,400 cc, the RMSC supports a wide range of pouch formats, including sachets, stand-up pouches with zipper, corner spout or sealing closes.
One of the key advantages of the platform is its fast format adaptability, featuring a 5-minute changeover and automatic pouch clamp adjustment through an HMI-based recipe system via the Athena controls platform, enabling quick switches between formats and minimizing downtime.
The system integrates a pouch opening mechanism with vacuum-assisted control to ensure precise positioning before filling, along with optional features such as a product settling system to improve filling accuracy and seal quality. The RMSC has been designed with a compact footprint and compatibility with sustainable materials, making it an ideal entry point into the growing market of stand-up resealable pouches.
Turnkey Solutions: From Primary to Secondary Packaging
Beyond stand-alone machines, Mespack will highlight its expertise as a full turnkey solutions partner, delivering complete packaging lines from primary packaging to secondary packaging and end-of-line integration. By acting as a single responsible supplier, Mespack ensures synchronized performance across all equipment, optimized layouts, reduced interfaces and faster commissioning.
Digitalization: From Machine Control to Factory Intelligence
Mespack will also showcase its digital ecosystem, combining the Athena platform – which enables machine-level control and data optimization – with Mescada, a new solution designed to provide full visibility across packaging lines and factory environments, enabling real-time monitoring, data analysis and optimization at line and plant level.
