UniNet, worldwide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of on-demand digital print technology, will be demonstrating their new digital transfer printer and software solutions at the Imprinted Sportswear Show (ISS), taking place March15-17th at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

During the three-day event, UniNet will be doing demonstrations of the UniNet iColor® 550 and 600, which are multipurpose printing solutions for the transfer production of garments, labels, stationary, banners, hard surfaces, marketing customization and more. The versatility of these digital transfer printers allows users to create heat transfer prints with white underprint and an overprint, in a single pass, using the iColor® TransferRIP or ProRIP software. The true black cartridge is included with all printers and gives users the option to switch to CMYK mode to print items when white is not needed. The product capabilities and creative potential can be further enhanced using UniNet’s specialty toner upgrade cartridge kits which includes fluorescent, clear, security, and dye sublimation toners - eliminating the need to purchase separate machines to accomplish each function.

Also being presented is the new iColor® SmartCUT software, which allows users to easily print and press oversized images onto apparel and hard surfaces. This ground-breaking application turns any iColor® 500, 550 and 600 transfer printer into a tabloid ‘plus’ capable machine, allowing for the splitting and splicing of one graphic across two printed transfer sheets for pressing onto large items.

UniNet to Show Suite of Label and Packaging Solutions at Labelexpo Europe

UniNet, worldwide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of on-demand print technology, has announced they will be exhibiting in booth 9A45 at Labelexpo Europe, taking place September 25-28^th in Belgium. 

During the four-day event, UniNet will be showcasing a range of products from their iColor® Printing Solutions product line. Developed specifically to enhance the capabilities of the short-mid run label and packaging market, this will include small to mid-sized label presses, transfer printers, finishing equipment for label rolls, desktop digital die-cutters for sheets, and more!

UniNet Europe Introduces New Sublimation Toner and Inks, Wide Format Inks at Fespa 

UniNet, worldwide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of on-demand LED digital print technology, launched three new products for the European market at Fespa 2017. The show marks the official launch of iColor® Sublimation Toner, Absolute Color® Sublimation Ink and Absolute Color® Wide Format Inks.

Available worldwide, the UniNet iColor® Sublimation Toner is a CMYK toner kit developed to produce outstanding quality, and vibrant color prints at half of the cost of sublimation ink. The printed output transfers onto polyester-based textiles, as well as sublimation coated hard surfaces such as ceramic, metal, wood, acrylic and more.

The release of this specialty sublimation toner technology allows users to increase their business possibilities by saving on transfer printing costs. Users can also enhance the capabilities of their iColor® digital transfer system by using it for four different applications: Heat transfer printing with white overprint, right side reading with white underprint, regular CMYK prints without white and now sublimation transfer printing – all with the same machine.

Exclusive to Europe, Absolute Color® Sublimation Inks are formulated to produce high-quality sublimation transfer printing on polyester-based textiles, using both coated and uncoated transfer papers. This outstanding ink formulation produces bright, vibrant colors and the highest density black on the market, while providing substantial ink consumption savings. Applications include: Apparel such as sportswear, dresses, t-shirts, jackets; Interior décor: bedding, cushions, curtains; soft signage, flags and more.

Also available in Europe are the Absolute Color® Wide Format dye and pigment inks, which were developed to produce photographic quality printing on a wide variety of media and papers. These high-quality inks are specially formulated for the wide format printing in the Corporate Graphics and Display Signage markets, and are compatible with the Epson SureColor T series, and Epson Stylus Pro 7700/9700.

Available March 1^st for global shipping, the LF600 is a die cutting solution for brand owners and commercial printers looking to produce packaging prototypes and cut sheet labels at a low cost. Versatile, compact, and affordable, users can design innovative and creative labels, decals, packaging, tags, cards, boxes, marketing prototypes, and more, right from their desktop printer.

Suitable for sheets up to Tabloid Extra Format (11.66” x 18”) size, this high speed desktop solution is capable of cutting or scoring any shape and size on pressure sensitive paper and card stock up to 16 point (350 gsm) in thickness. The pneumatic air-driven lever lifts sheets from the loading-feeding tray and inserts them into the plotter. Speed varies with the complexity of the cut, running with an average of 30-40 seconds for pressure sensitive label sheets.
