Sustainability in packaging, what do you say?

Hello Packaging Friends, We at Packaging Connections continuously thrive to work on something different and this time we are targeting an important yet a very confusing topic "sustainability". When we use this term, most of the people refer it to as something which is "degradable" or "made of natural resources" but actually the term is very wide. Simply saying a material is degradable doesn’t make it sustainable and vice versa. We are in the process of understanding this topic which could be further used to help packaging industry in lot many ways. Of course we need your help for doing this since there is a lot of information available in bits and pieces with many of us. So bringing these pieces together may help in solving the puzzle and understand the mystery, myths, facts and confusions related to the topic "SUSTAINABILITY". We have created a small survey with some related questions and doubts. I hope the masters from packaging industry shall help us by filling in the survey with their knowledge and databank.
