Brands and business should realize as quickly as possible that the ruling authority is in the customer’s hand. You know the amount of effort, ideas, vision, hard word, creativity, innovation and thoughts that you try to put into a product as a business entity. You do all of that just to let the customers decide its fate at the end of the day. Ultimately, it’s the buyer that is going to decide if you a product that is worthy of their purchase. They will decide if they feel like investing in your business or not.

Funded by IVACE and co-funded by the European Union (ERDF) through the Spanish Autonomous Community of Valencia ERDF operational programme (2014-2020), the ENZPLAST project focused in its first year on new methods for the synthesis of plastics that are safer for human health and more environmentally friendly. In particular, enzymes were used instead of metal catalysts to obtain polyesters. This provided two benefits: reducing the toxicity of these metal catalysts and lowering energy consumption during the polymerization process.

This change is part of Each and Every’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and comes after months of research and testing. Many of the plastic alternatives the brand initially tried were incompatible with Each and Every’s natural formula, as the 100% natural essential oils would break down packaging materials. That all changed for the better when Each and Every discovered sugarcane packaging. Made from a 100% plant-based renewable resource, sugarcane packaging is net carbon negative and recyclable.
