The A' Design Award, a highly respected and well-recognized award in the field of packaging design, has announced Jin Zhang's Hao Prawns as a winner of the Iron A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category. This prestigious recognition highlights the significance of Jin Zhang's innovative and visually striking packaging design within the competitive packaging industry.

 The company currently holds a 42 per cent market share in the branded basmati rice segment.
    "We have 42 per cent market share at present and aim to reach 60 per cent in the next 3-5 years," KRBL Business Head Ayush Gupta told reporters here.
    The new packaging features an updated logo, structured information about basmati rice grain length, usage guidelines for different food preparations, and a QR code.
    Gupta said the redesigned packaging will help consumers make informed decisions while purchasing branded packaged products.

A design matching a unique character

The new packaging style reinvents the codes of elegance and tradition with powerful visual impact. Each detail has been carefully revisited such as the prominence of the gold and the white branded square, the emblem of Boulard since the 70s. The matt black neck is reminiscent of the ancient iconic frosted Boulard bottles and creates a striking contrast with the gold liquid. Further streamlining the bottle's allure, the packaging enhances each expression with a refined palette of colors, reflecting its unique character.

Working within a time-frame of just six days, the agency created the range with a dynamic visual theme, fusing rich stylised background graphics with flashes of graffiti art. Each variant incorporates a uniquely distinctive ape character that has been intricately rendered as the mascot for the specific protein flavour.

Packaging artwork for the Prime Ape Protein product range is tailored for implementation across a fully printed, flexible film stand-up pouch format that is set up to run on an automated powder filling line.

Each pairing in this collection is said to have been “meticulously selected to enhance the inherent qualities of the chosen Malt Scotch Whisky, elevating the complexity and depth to introduce new and exciting taste experiences.”

This segment is seen as essential to achieving the target of 100 million euros in turnover by 2025 announced by the investment fund AGIC Capital, which acquired the company last year. In this perspective, Pure Trade has just created a dedicated packaging division in Paris, France. “The Packaging Division, newly formalized and managed by Florence Dancoisne under the direction of Virginie Honoré, is the flagship of this growth, supported by the Bags/pouches, Accessories, Textile & Spa businesses,” said the company in a statement.

By optimizing the available space inside a single drum, ModCan reduces the number of shipments required and improves safety by eliminating the need to transfer or consolidate materials into larger containers.
