Luxury women's fashion and fragrance brand, Oscar de la Renta launched a new fragrance called New York. This scent is inspired by and celebrates the spirit of New York City, from the scent notes to the packaging.
 
The bottle and folding carton are inspired by iconic Art Deco architecture found throughout New York City. 
 
An intricate vertical fluting fuses with the bottle and cap and is designed to resemble NYC architectural heritage. The soft pink hue of the fragrance is seen through the bottle and represents Oscar de la Renta’s feminine style. 
 

Comar, a U.S. supplier of innovative packaging solutions, launched the Glass Ball Tip Dropper Assemblies. This premium solution combines precision, elegance, and versatility to enhance the application of cosmetic and beauty products.

K-Beauty brand, Sulwhasoo, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with its Lip Color and Glowing Lip Balm, which comes in a matching packaging design. 
 
The Glowing Lip Balm is a moisturizing lip balm with ginseng antioxidants, nourishing ginseng seed oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. 
 
This balm is made to help soften and improve the appearance of lip wrinkles. 
 
It is available in a clear and Petal (a soft pink). 
 

Mars Chocolate Drinks & Treats (MCD&T) has given its Galaxy Milk Drink range a packaging update which aims to bring it in line with Galaxy chocolate.

As well as bringing the drink’s look in line with the confectionery range, the bottles will switch from a traditional sports cap to a flat cap from April.

This follows consumer feedback from a survery conducted by Mortar Research which revealed that 73% of people who have drunk chocolate milk prefer to do so from a flat-cap bottle.

The food business operators were earlier asked to exhaust all existing pre-printed packaging materials before September 1, 2024, however, after consulting with all stakeholders, FSSAI decided to extend the current deadline. The new deadline for FBOs is December 31, 2024.

Earlier, in June, FSSAI had ordered FBOs to do away with claims of 100% fruit juices in their advertisements and labels of reconstituted fruit juices with an immediate effect, as the authority found the claims to be misleading.

The collection consists of 12 unique bottles containing a blend of two casks of single malt whisky, aged since 1974 and bottled at a cask strength of 47.4%. Each of the 12 individual bottles carries a unique label themed after one of the elements needed to make the finest whisky; air, barley, cooper, copper, the distiller, earth, fire, heritage, time, water, wood, and the angel’s share – the term given to the whisky lost to evaporation during the aging process.
