Preferred Packaging, a division of C-P Flexible Packaging, and Northwest Frozen LLC are proud to announce their successful collaboration to develop and launch a new line of refrigerated, prepared meals with extended shelf life for retail distribution. The new items include a frozen croissant-shaped gnocchi pasta product called Crocchi that was chosen as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things for the 2022 holiday season. The pasta is cryo-frozen and packaged in high barrier, modified atmosphere containers.

Easter 2023 is proving to be a strong year for new chocolate Easter egg launches. So far we've already seen that Cadbury has brought out an extra thick egg, and now the news that Toblerone has brought out its first ever egg this year brings excitement we almost can't handle.

They're calling it 'The Edgy Egg' and it's a multi-faceted hollow milk chocolate egg with its signature honey and almond nougat pieces studded throughout the shell. Plus, it comes with six tiny Toblerones on the side too.

M&M’S is making a statement with its latest candy pack, which features an all-female set of characters — including Purple, its newest addition. It put the company once again knee-deep into the culture wars controversy. 

Microplastics used to make paint and food packaging have been discovered in human veins. New research indicates the tiny plastic particles can travel through blood vessels into vascular tissue - but scientists say it is unclear whether the finding has any health implications.

Together, the companies hope to ensure the reuse of 3 million packaging items that would otherwise have been used once. Items will be collected from customers’ homes as part of Milk & More’s commitment to making sustainable packaging choices easier and more convenient.

Again will clean the collected packaging and sell it back to brands to be refilled and reused. The partnership will extend Milk & More’s zero-waste packaging offering, which currently encompasses 80% of everything it sells.
