Circular Economy

The V520 feeder can handle both bare soap bars and soap packaged in flow pack wrappers, and the G35 wrapper is equipped with a bypass through which soaps that do not require wrapping are fed directly to the cartooning machine.

The bypass is accommodated inside the G35 wrapper to reduce the machine's overall dimensions to a minimum.
The packaging line is able to perform a work cycle at high speed with up to 200 strokes per minute.

ITC has embraced an even more bold and ambitious Sustainability 2.0 (S2) vision, as a part of which it has decided to use 70% recycled plastic material in the PET film of Savlon Glycerin Soap wrapper.
