We hope that you have a great start to the new year 2012 both privately and business-wise with your friends, family and relatives.
It’s my great pleasure to write you again and share our journey through 2011. It has been a great year for us with roller coaster ride with key highlights as given below:

- Moved to new corporate office
- Started promoting Heinz-Glas activities in India for high quality fragrance market
- PackagingConnections’ membership base increased from 50,000 to 72,000 so accordingly, we needed to gear up to service our members
- Started new services like sourcing of packaging & related books
- Started Online packaging business review services with instant ratings on the three key aspects of Service, Quality and Approach
- Successfully brought high quality metal insulin pen to India from Haselmeier GmbH, Germany
- Developed low migration labels for ophthalmic droppers for Indian customers from Schreiner MediPharm, Germany
- Worked on the initial entry strategy of Polytype to India
- Got renewal of packaging outsourcing/consulting business with GSK’s consumer health business in India
- Participated with PackagingConnections’ team at Interpack 2011
- Started the strategic alliances with packaging service providers
- Completed ISO surveillance audit for Providing Online Packaging Services and Packaging Consulting Worldwide
- Signed various Media partnerships with different international and domestic packaging events like IF design awards, Sino Corrugated Show, Afro Packaging, India Packaging Show etc.
And many more things were done and many more are to be done.
As Chanakya said that the only great achievements that make it to the pages of history are those to which tremendous thought and preparation have been given. So we are working and preparing the ground for the Packaging Knowledge Centre for the benefit of entire packaging community at a single platform.
Thank you for your continuous support and encouragement all the time, constant feedbacks which have brought PackagingConnections’ to this level. As my friend Volker from Switzerland says that Evolution happens when existence is challenged and we agree, so please do challenge us so that we can deliver.
