Salary is one of the most important criteria bases which employees accept jobs. It has always been a challenge for employers and employees to understand the right balance. Salary is one of the most important criteria bases which employees accept jobs. It has always been a challenge for employers and employees to understand the right balance. Are we over or under paying is a general battle amongst the employer. We conducted a non profit salary survey for packaging industry and got a tremendous response. We received 130 responses and are now ready with our report. We have got responses from all across the globe. The responses are skewed to middle level managers followed by Junior level managers, The qualified to non qualified packaging professionals are nearly same in the packaging industry, without much difference in wages.
