TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, has agreed to acquire Veritiv Containers. Veritiv Containers is a national distributor of custom and stock rigid packaging solutions for the personal care, food and beverage, wine and spirits, care, nutraceutical, and industrial markets.
Veritiv Containers was previously known as All American Containers and its facilities are located across North America.
