An innovative Flexible Packaging Closure for pouches and flatpacks that minimizes the use of plastic yet is more consumer friendly in use. Rigid Lens II is a unique Flexible Packaging Closure that alleviates the need for using molded fitments for package access and closure. Normally the Rigid Lens II closure will result in a 74% reduction in plastic weight vs. a comparable molded fitment. Its "flatter" package profile will also result in more efficient packing and shipping requirements.

Rigid Lens II is efficiently applied to flow wrap material with standard label applicationequipment. Production speeds are typically 3 times the speed of attaching molded fitments.
