"Our aim was to create a simple, smart and cost-effective structure that would be easy to assemble and fill with, for example, leaves, saw dust or dry grass after its primary use as a golf ball box. Metsä Board and its partners developed an insightful packaging that provides an artificial nesting structure and shelter for insects and pollinators," says Aki Kuivaniemi, CEO of Golf Coat Oy.

McLaren Packaging invests in carbon offsetting project in Argyll & Bute

Managed by Forest Carbon, the new mixed woodland planting project at Millhouse will create a productive, predominately native, woodland of 68,000 trees over 34.5 hectares. Comprising such species as sycamore, willow, oak, aspen, beech, cherry, Norway spruce and Scots pine, the woodland will capture some 9,500 tonnes of CO2 over the life of the project.
