Salary is one of the critical parameters on the basis of which employees accept or reject jobs. It has always been a challenge for employers and employees to understand the right balance. Generally, there is no thumb rule to understand this balance, but employers tend to follow the band systems or industry norms.
Packaging Connections has been doing a non-profitable survey to get an insight on current salary trends in packaging industry. We did the surveys in the years 2012 and 2014. We got tremendous responses each time from both Domestic and International. The analysis report was later shared with the industry and was well appreciated.
We are again back this year with the survey to analyze the current situation. We shall of-course share with industry the results of salary survey for the benefit of both employers and employees in the packaging industry.
