Spreitenbach, 12 July 2016. PAS Media appoints Marco Cattarozzi as new Managing Director. He has already been contributing to the software company’s success story as previous Head of Marketing, Sales and System Services.

Marco Cattarozzi has a background in the packaging and graphics industry and broad expertise in IT- business, leadership, sales and consulting. PAS Media’s previous Managing Director, Mario Fäh, is confident that his successor will lead the company into a bright future: «In the last couple of years, PAS Media has become one of the leading providers for Artwork Management Solutions in Europe. Our software is used all over the world by some of the most renowned enterprises within their respective area. Strengthened through our broad customer base and our skilled team, we can confidently press ahead with our expansion strategy. I wish Marco and PAS Media all the best and I am delighted that I found such a competent successor that knows the product, the market and our company like no one else.»

The newest sales figures and the continuous acquisition of new customers demonstrate PAS Media’s capability to expand even further. Last year, the sales volume increased by 16 per cent and also the first half of the current year is going according to plan: The company acquired new customers like Würth, Amavita, Reinert and Delta Pronatura and implemented new software tools and innovations.

Marco Cattarozzi is determined to proceed on the chosen path: «We want to pursue our expansion strategy and consolidate our leading position in our target markets. With our headquarters located in Switzerland, we will invest in the continuous development and enhancement of our products, so our customers in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and the retail industry can benefit from our future oriented solutions during their creation and approval processes when managing their artworks, labels, POS or marketing material.»

During the last months, PAS Media has internally prepared the change at the management level and informed both clients and employees beforehand. After over 15 years in the packaging industry, Mario Fäh will dedicate himself to new challenges in a different sector. Marco Cattarozzi has taken the lead of PAS Media already by the middle of June.
