Oystar iwk breaks own recordthe tfs 806, until now the world&rsquos fastest tube filling line, gets competition from its own company. With the new tfs 808 oystar iwk is building a machine that offers an even higher output of 750 tubes per minute.stutensee, march 23, 2010. For a long time the output of the tfs 806 was unmatched with 510 tubes per minute. Now oystar iwk has broken its own record &ndash the market leader for automatic tube filling machines is now building the even faster tube filling line tfs 808. With an output of 750 tubes per minute the new machine will be used by the world&rsquos leading toothpaste manufacturer starting in october. Thus the company will be in a position to manufacture more than 240 million toothpaste tubes per year. Up to now the toothpaste manufacturer employed the tfs 806 tube filling line. However, with the new tfs 808 performance will again be enhanced by 50 while using the same required space.in addition, the tfs 808 is able to guarantee 100 weight control, so that overfilling can be reduced from 1 to 0.5. This translates into toothpaste savings amounting to 83,000 kilograms per year.
