At Cophex, Optima Pharma will exhibit the INOVA SV 125. It will be presented at the booth of the long term partner Sampoong. This machine model has recently been refined into a modular machine platform. It is compatible with the four most common filling systems: rotary piston pumps, peristaltic pumps, mass flow and time-pressure systems. Furthermore, the SV machine has been optimized for processing vials, prefilled syringes and cartridges at fast change over times. The inbuilt flexibility allows for easy enhancement of functionality and increase of output to 20,000 containers/hour.In addition, Optima Pharma will inform visitors about the OPTIMA H4 filling and closing machine. It is a system which covers a great number of diverse applications: Combining the ultimate in system flexibility with time and cost advantages, the OPTIMA H4 processes nested vials, syringes and cartridges. Flexibility is also the keyword when it comes to containment: whether oRABS, cRABS or isolator, all systems can be cost-effectively fitted to the standardized machine base. A ten-headed system is provided for filling. The transport system in the OPTIMA H4 ensures gentle container handling. It achieves a standard output of up to 24,000 objects/h but can be retrofitted to reach 36,000 containers/h. Another hot topic will be the latest MulituseFiller series. The OPTIMA MultiuseFiller series is a highly flexible filling and closing machine for the processing of nested and bulk containers. The series can process all types of nested syringe, vial and cartridge formats. It is equipped with an innovative transport system that process vial ranges from 2R up to 30R at production rates up to 150 containers per minute without any format change parts. Its modular design ensures the end user ultimate flexibility to quickly respond to all market/production demands. As a turnkey provider, Optima Pharma provides entire sterile filling solutions for pharmaceutical products. This includes containment systems and isolators, as well as freeze-dryers. The capacity spectrum ranges from laboratory machines through to fully automated turnkey lines which are ever more in demand.
