Thun, Switzerland - Hoffmann Neopac, a global supplier of high-quality metal and plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries, is acquiring the production lines for hinged lid cans from Trivium Packaging in Deventer, the Netherlands. With this acquisition, Hoffmann Neopac strengthens its market position for specialty cans in Europe. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Hoffmann Neopac is a private company based in Thun, Switzerland. The group produces high-quality metal and plastic packaging at six locations: HOFFMANN cans in Thun and now in the Netherlands; Polyfoil® and plastic tubes at NEOPAC in Switzerland, Hungary and the USA as well as at 3D Neopac in India.
