Christian korte joins oystar former managing director of optima to become member of the executive board at oystar and take over management of the &ldquodairy&rdquo division. Stutensee, november 13, 2009. The executive board at oystar group has been strengthened. Christian korte 42 is due to take over management of the company&rsquos dairy division. Korte has garnered many years of experience in both mechanical engineering and in the packaging industry and last served as managing director of the consumer division at optima filling and packaging machines gmbh. In the course of strategic reorientation at the oystar group christian korte will be responsible for bundling technological expertise and knowhow within the dairy division. The aim is to place an even greater focus on market and customer requirements. To this end the current individual product groups that are still frequently provided with parallel support by several different subsidiaries will be combined into profit centers. Accordingly, the company&rsquos sales division will be reestablished at the international level. &ldquothe group has grown through acquisitions in the course of the past 10 years,&rdquo explained tom graf, ceo at oystar. &ldquoas a result many services are still provided by different companies simultaneously. Mr. Korte will fully exhaust the existing synergies in the dairy division and thus support the group in securing and enhancing the competitiveness of oystar on a longterm basis.&rdquo  about oystar groupoystar. Oystar currently has detailed process knowhow in the key sectors of dairy, food and beverages, as well as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The holding company, which is based in stutensee near karlsruhe, currently represents 17 companies and a number of sales and service companies.
