Following a record edition of the fair – almost 40,000 visitors from 72 countries – Sacmi is returning to ProPak Asia (Bangkok, 15-18 June 2016) to illustrate the latest developments in its range. The Sacmi Group stands for product and service excellence, a reputation enhanced by Sacmi Thailand, determined to grasp all the new business opportunities offered by a constantly growing market.

With a steadily growing manufacturing sector and one of the most dynamic economies in South-East Asia and, indeed, the world, Thailand plays a pivotal role in the strategy of the Sacmi Group. Not surprisingly, then Sacmi will once again be taking part in this year’s ProPak Asia – HALL1 1A21 - the last edition of which saw record attendance - to be held in the capital Bangkok (International Trade & Exhibition Centre) from 15th to 18th June.

A complete supplier and plant engineer covering all stages of beverage & packaging production – from cap to container, from preform to label application, from filling to palletization – Sacmi will be participating at the Thai fair in the Ucima (Italian Automatic machine Constructors’ Union) area.

Our goal: to show the almost 40,000 specialised industry operators expected to attend the latest developments in the range, yet also the developments obtained from its own R&D facility in terms of ever-lighter, higher-performing caps and containers – thus illustrating, among other things, all the potential and intrinsic advantages of compression technology.

“In Thailand the local beverage and packaging industry is enjoying fast, non-stop growth and the demand for advanced plant engineering and technological solutions is rising accordingly”, points out Giovanni Pierantoni, sales manager of Sacmi’s Packaging-Beverage Division in South-East Asia. “Thanks to Sacmi Thailand, operational since 2011 and specialised in the closures & beverage business, we’re able to offer not just an excellent technological product but also an advanced after-sales assistance service, accompanying the customer with personalised solutions throughout the working life of the machine and plant”.
