Systech unveils turnkey solution for pharmaceutical rework and manual aggregation

By PC Correspondent on Tue, 06/11/2024 - 09:18

Systech offers industry-leading rework and aggregation solutions and was the first to market with intuitive mobile rework capabilities. The integrated solution leverages PCE’s strengths in delivering robust, flexible hardware systems coupled with Systech’s industry-leading software. Its portable, compact design offers a turnkey solution designed to help optimize operations while ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance.

Benefits include:

  • Increased operator efficiency and flexibility with a compact wheeled stand
  • Quick and easy integration with turnkey, standalone unit with reduced footprint
  • Maximized productivity with robust in-lot, post-lot and mobile rework
  • Scalable aggregation scenarios with adjustable surface for variable packaging sizes
  • GMP-compliant steel case design with ergonomic system setup

Effective aggregation optimizes operations up and down the supply chain and enables true traceability by associating unit level to multiple levels of packaging hierarchy. Rework is essential to ensuring the serialization and aggregation product data matches the physical shipment and keeps products moving through the supply chain and out of quarantine. Both aggregation and rework are critical for increased productivity, data integrity and compliance as we near regulatory deadlines.

This turnkey solution supports item-by-item manual aggregation of products for compliance with track and trace labelling. It also delivers out-of-the-box, flexible in-lot and post-lot rework on the production floor. It can be rapidly deployed into any packaging workflow by removing the need to integrate the hardware and software, providing a seamless and efficient solution.

“Systech’s turnkey manual aggregation and rework solution, coupled with our supply chain Exception Manager offering, truly enables safe, connected supply chains. Our customers will realize enhanced operational productivity and continued regulatory compliance,” said Sreedhar Patnala, general manager of Systech.
