The machine is currently a prototype and will also be on show in september at label expo. It&rsquos likely to be commercially available in the first quarter of 2013. Screen also presented the b2 sheetfed truepress jetsx inkjet press, which accommodates thicker substrates including cartonboard. At drupa, the machine featured both uv clear inkbased digital embossing and glitter effects. &ldquowith the jetsx we are creating a market,&rdquo said carlo sammarco, screen european business manager for packaging solutions. &ldquowith the l350, with the speed and format it could replace conventional label printers. It&rsquos very high quality and extends the colour gamut.
