red brick brewing in the us will offer its beer in new certified highrecycled content aluminum cans.the cans are made from evercan aluminum can sheet, which is produced by novelis.red brick brewing&39s laughing skull amber ale and signature hoplanta india pale ale will be available in evercan aluminum cans.the company also plans to introduce several new beers that will be exclusively available in the evercan packaging in 2016, starting with its new spring seasonal hibiscuwit, a belgian wheat ale.red brick brewing head brewer garett lockhart said &quotour decision to expand from glass bottles to evercan aluminum cans aligns with our goal to be an environmentally responsible leader in the southern u.s. craft beer market.&quotwith evercan, we can achieve greater sustainability without sacrificing any aspect of the beer&39s quality.&quotadditionally, red brick has partnered with novelis on a closedloop recycling system for their used beverage cans.through the partnership, cans are from the brewery are returned to a nearby novelis recycling center where the highrecycled content evercan material is recycled back into new evercan sheet for reuse, again and again.the aluminum cans are recyclable and provide complete protection from light, preserving the beer&39s freshness.novelis currently produces evercan in its facilities across north america, europe, south america and asia.&nbsp
