Porex engineers selected a coarse pe material for the perfume sampler. The manufacturing process is greatly simplified over the previous design, with porex providing rolls of pe material from which the perfume manufacturer diecuts a tiny part required for the sampler. The new generation perfume sampler consists of a blister pack, the perfume sample itself, the diecut porex part and an injectionmolded diffuser. The porex part acts as a storage reservoir and, to some extent, it also acts as a diffuser. Porexs solution simplified packaging for the perfume manufacturer, saving costs for materials and manufacturing. In addition, the fourcomponent perfume sampler works well and has achieved great success and acceptance in the marketplace.
