packaging safety issue leads to recall of bottles

all bottles of robinsons fruit shoot that feature the latest cap design are being recalled. robinsons fruit shoot is a famous children&rsquos drink, and the bottles are being recalled as a company has found packaging safety issue in those bottles. fruit shoot hydro is a mineral water, which is aimed for children aged seven to eleven years. all bottles, which feature the new design, are being recalled as a precautionary measure. britvic said that customers should return these bottles to where they bought them. they will get a refund for the bottles they returned. a company explained this issue in their recall notice. the recall notice mentions that britvic soft drink is recalling fruit shoot hydro and robinsons fruit shoot packs, which features new design cap. the recall is declared due to safety issues associated with packaging of these bottles. the notice further requests consumers to return these bottles to the same retailer from where they made a purchase. this recall is a precautionary measure, and there is no recall for the fruit shoot my5 and other robinsons products. through this notice, britvic soft drinks has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers. according to the information mentioned on britvic website, robinsons fruit shoot stands on the number one position in the category of children&rsquos fmcg fastmoving consumer goods brand, which is worth &pound96 million. on www.fruitshoot.com, which is the promotional website, the company mentioned that it has introduced an innovative fruit shoot, which features a &quotspill proof magicap&quot that is an &quoteasy to open sports cap&quot. the fruit shoot hydro was introduced last year with a marketing campaign of &pound2.5m. britvic&39s website mentions that the fruit shoot hydro is made from spring water and has a hint of natural fruit flavour. it is a tasty and refreshing drink meant for children, and drink is free from artificial colours, sugar and flavourings. the website also mentions that the drink will be made available in the sports bottle format, which is designed to appeal the active children that require being hydrate. in the national newspapers, advertises are being published to inform and advice the customers about recall. for any further information, customers can call on a company&rsquos customer care line 0800 0321767. the food standards agency is been made aware of the recall issue. however, food standard agency, was not involved in the issue as the recall was about the design of the bottle instead of its contents. source of informationhttpwww.mirror.co.uknewsuknewsrobinsonsfruitshootrecalledover1127900 &nbsp
