The press release of the agency mentioned that during the visit, nine serious issues were found by the osha inspectors.

Lack of workers&rsquo training for hazard protection, industrial truck usage policies and energy consumption are included among them. Improper usage of power cords, insufficient protective clothing, and numerous technology inspection failures were also known to osha. Kansas city area director of osha, charles adkins, stated that it is strange that employees are permitted to work by the employer in the midst of harmful equipment without machine guarding. Necessary steps are required to be followed by employers in order to avoid hazards at the workplace. 15 business days deadline is given to companies that receive osha citations for responding to accusations.
