menasha corp. said wednesday it plans to construct a new office building that will house its companywide headquarters and menasha packaging co.&39s corporate office.the new building will be on the site of the company&39s current headquarters at 1645 bergstrom road in neenah.the privately held, familyowned maker of corrugated and plastic packaging did not provide an estimated cost for the project.menasha corp. said growth over the last five years and the increasing demands for a more collaborative work environment drove its decision to build. &quotthe new building will provide improved collaboration space for employees, customers and suppliers, and will replace the existing 50yearold building with a more contemporary office structure,&quot the company said.demolition of the existing building is expected to begin in april 2015. during the construction project, employees will be relocated to other menasha corp. facilities or to temporary leased office space in the fox valley. the new building is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2016.established in 1849, menasha corp. employs about 5,000 employees in more than 75 facilities in north america, europe and asia.its subsidiary, menasha packaging has more than 3,200 employees at locations in north america. the company provides graphic consumer packaging, corrugated packaging, food packaging and shipping containers.&nbsp
